ST JUDE ARTISAN GUILD
ABOUT US:
The Artisan Guild is a small group of St Jude parishioners, led by Linda Tynes-Artman that put their artistic skills to good use in support of other St. Jude ministries.
OUR MISSION:
We, the members of the St. Jude Artisan Guild, provide handmade items to the homeless and suffering in our community. While we create our offerings, we enjoy great fellowship and spirituality.
WHAT WE DO:
The group was started by a single woman in 2011. Since then, the Guild has grown to include many other women, and today in 2026, men as well.
We produce an extensive list of items that run the gamut from jewelry, paintings and painted vases, to ponchos, oversized tote bags, knitted blankets, hats and scarfs, and many more.
Our Guild supports the Feed My Sheep ministry, as well as the Homebound, and others.
Our annual craft show is our primary source of funding. Blankets, sheets and other linens donated by our parishioners play a vital part in providing material for our creations. This year in 2026, we’ve added sleep-mats to our list of products for distribution to the homeless later in the year.

We are always looking for new members. You don’t need artistic skills to join our group. We are looking for planners, organizers, thinkers. If you can use a pair of scissors, we need you. If you can hold a piece of fabric while someone else cuts it, we need you. Everyone is welcome to join our ministry!
