Deaconmbowdenstjudepearl.orgI am a cradle Catholic who grew up in Cleveland, MS in the Delta. My wife Rhonda and I have been married since June of 1988, and we have two children. We live in Brandon, and have been at St. Jude since 1993.
I was asked to consider being a deacon around 2015, and though I was hesitant, through much prayer and encouragement, I was ordained in July, 2022. I also earned a Masters of Theological Studies degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL in May, 2023.
I own Bowden Technical Services in Brandon, providing general IT services to small businesses. I currently lead the RCIA team at St. Jude as well as participating in various other ministries.
